Absolutely can't stand how this store is now.
Bad (online) experience today. We ordered a photo print online in matte finish to be picked up here. When we picked it up, it was a glossy print. We didn't know this until we left and looked at it later. We went back into the store and the photo tech was out so it was suggested we come back. We came back a couple hours later and the techs had called in apparently. The electronic manager tried to help us, but was unable to use the large format printer. Said they could do it in matte by Tuesday, but that didn't work for our schedule. So he suggested a different location that could do it. We made the order online again, in matte, and went to pick it up. The timing was great, but the print was still glossy. The tech there said NO Walmart does matte prints in person. So we ended up with nothing and no solutions. But the electronics manager here tried to be helpful.
It was as usual always happen to wear a mask gets tired hope they straighten out soon
