I brought my vehicle in after a recommendation and I'm glad I did. The staff was direct and helpful. I thought I might have brake problems, but after their inspection, they gave me the good news that everything was okay. They didn't try to charge me for work I didn't need. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I was in an accident and had my car towed to Brighton Auto Body. Though they weren’t partnered with my insurance, they went above & beyond to work with me and my insurance to navigate the claim, body work, and ultimately total-ed situation. Diana showed concern, first and foremost, for my health. She was so friendly.nnWe have had other vehicles have work done and will only take them to Brighton Auto Body for their excellent work and customer service.

This is a great family owned business. I have been coming here since 2004. They have serviced all of my vehicles and have inspected cars I was looking to buy. Todd Is an excellent mechanic and has been able to diagnose car issues that other shops, even the dealer, couldn’t figure out. I’ve had everything from body work to mechanical work and the quality of craft is excellent. Matt and Diane provide great customer service and are always happy to see me. Their prices are competitive and they go the extra mile to make sure you are getting a fair deal. Even after I moved further away, it is well worth the longer journey to have the peace of mind of trust in my auto shop. I’ll never go anywhere else.

This business is top notch. Darrell and Diane Taylor have taken care of my family's car issues with great professionalism. Matt Taylor is always responsive to my questions and Todd Taylor is excellent at identifying and fixing issues. There aren't many places anymore where you feel welcome and not just a number.

Very polite staff and most importantly honest. Thought I needed a new alternator, but when they looked at it, they said it was a much simpler fix and had it fixed and ready in no time. I was recommended to them by someone in town and would gladly recommend them to anyone else.
