If you're looking for an honest company who won't rip you off, choose this Meineke shop! They pointed out/solved issues at no charge because they were things I could have done myself! They TOTALLY could have lied, charged me for it and I would have never known better! I will DEFINITELY continue to use this location for all our repair needs! This is an honest group!
Brought in for a misfire on cylinders I couldn't figure out. They were very transparent about what was taking time and were willing to show me why. Very trustworthy and communicative!
The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and personable. I was able to drop my car off without an appointment and was not made to feel like I should have made an appointment. My only concern was the greasy hand prints that were left throughout my car. This showed a lack of professionalism and respect for another persons belongings.
