Nice place and I have always enjoyed Starbucks. I had a couple of pleasant meetings here too. I feel welcome and can relax and enjoy a tasty drink here.nnSome of the town has not been welcoming to me, but this is a good place which is friendly and upbeat. At this time I highly recommend it.

This is a horrible place! Today was Happy Hour Buy One Get One Free! Well my daughter went and they charged her full price for all 5 venti drinks! I called them for a refund and the worker was rude and said she needed to show her app to get the deal she even asked her manager and they refused to give us a refund! The worker at the window did not ask my daughter for her app to scan! We went to another Starbucks in Brighton and they were very friendly and happily gave my daughter a refund without questioning! I will NEVER go back here again!

Bad coffee and bad experience.nThis Starbucks will not split a drink into two cups, but is okay to give you an extra cup, lid, and straw. At every Starbucks we go to we get a small drink split into two cups for the kids with no problem at all. This location will not do that claimed “company policy” which is a lie. Starbucks corporation told me that they can split a drink into two cups. Then when I asked the lady why there the only Starbucks in the world that won’t split she decided to argue with me and say welcome to Starbucks. They are just lazy and didn’t want to split the drink.
