Not at all impressed with the work ethic at this branch. I called ahead to meet with a business banker, waited on hold for over five minutes, and then was told they didn't have any time to open a new account. Seriously? I then called the Westminster branch and they got me right in. No wait, very hardworking and knowledgeable at Westminster branch. Will go there from now on.
They closed the drive through and now they’ll only accept coins if they are already rolled up. At least put your change counter back in the branch. They have made it more inconvenient for their customers to conduct business here. I’d much rather go through a drive through than have to park, get out and stand in line to conduct my business. Wells Fargo is slowly making it easier for me to switch financial institutions.

Bad experience, with wells fargo bank . now you can not cash a check . Even having a business account and checking account. This bank is been just a nightmare.nnClosing my accounts with them .I'M DONE ..nDefinitely won't recommend this bank..nThey need to train their tellers .. JUST NIGHTMARES...
