I'll be 100% honest with this review. For several years I shopped elsewhere because of the a in instance with an ex salesman that work here. I made the decision to try them again several years later and have absolutely no regrets. This place treated me extremely fairly, gave me a decent price, and got me what I was looking for. No pressure no BS just a very good sales experience. Ask for Todd, that's who my salesperson was and he did an excellent job.

The entire search for the vehicle, contract, and delivery of vehicle was made so easy for us. Sale person worked hard to find us the pickup we needed and saw to it that it was delivered to us immediately. The entire experience was great. I would recommend Corning Ford.

My wife and I purchased a 2019 Navigator Reserve from this Dealer. Todd Hughes was our sales man. We are from Bend Oregon, the dealership is about 500 miles from us.nThe vehicle has 8,000 miles on it and when I spoke to Todd on the phone his exact words was this vehicle looks like a show car! Which it should since they where asking 82,000.00 for it.nWhen my wife and I flew into California and arrived at the dealer. We noticed that there where several dings in the vehicle. About the size of half dollars, there was a pretty good scratch on it about 2” long and the rear passenger rim was scuffed all the way around it.nTo say the least we where pretty disappointed. So after going back and forth with Todd we finally settled on a new purchase price of $74,000.00. This is what you can find these for all over California, Oregon, And Washington.nSo my wife and I made the journey back to Oregon. The next day my wife was checking out her new vehicle and it came with a factory DVD players for the back seat. She could not figure out how to operate the DVD’s players. So she looked online and come to find out there should of been 2ea. Wireless head sets and remotes for each DVD player. They where not in the vehicle. So she called Todd. Todd told her that it is a used vehicle, there is no money in it to help out. That we are SOL!!!!!!nIf this is the kind of customer service this dealership has when you purchase a $74,000.00 vehicle from them. I would suggest everyone out there to be weary!!!!! We all work hard for our living and there should be the respect from a dealer when your purchasing a vehicle less than a year old with less than 9,000 miles.nI hope you all do your diligence on who you purchase from.nThanks
