Worst service ever. Fries were cold and our drinks were barely half full. When asked about it was told by a “manager” that it was because we got them without ice. I told him that every other McDonald’s makes sure that it’s full and with an attitude he says “not this McDonald’s”. He refused to give his name so I’m contacting the franchise owners and will be getting this taken care of. Good thing I used my credit card because I’ll be disputing this transaction as well.
Ordered a double meat hamburger no cheese and no pickles . I got my order opened it and every item that I asked not to have,.......was full sandwich not happy about itnFast food is not to be trusted. No one checks on the process to any order. The interaction with the order taker/cashier was good.nAt the pickup window was completely opposite guy did not have an ounce of care if we the governor he clearly didn't want be there!
They've always got my order correct and it tastes good.
Corrected review for 11/6/20, I’m a truck driver and today made a mobile order up about 5 mins ahead and no other Customers around they were just standing there in the drive thru playing with the monitor! Mgr and employee, they didn’t even acknowledge me until I tap on the window for about 2 minutes!
