I love the food here, I was ordering from them just about every other weekend with the family. My last experience I spent over $50.00. When the food arrived to my house it was cold, the pizza wasn’t cut, and the wings were soggy. I called to let them know I was dissatisfied with the quality and I proceeded to mention how I’ve never had a low quality experience. I spoke with the manager on duty over the phone and when she asked “what can I do for you” I said it would be appreciated if I could get a partial refund. She LAUGHED and said “I’m not giving you you’re money back” and asked again rudely, “WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?! DO YOU WANT OUR DRIVER TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK AND PICK THE FOOD BACK UP?!” She not ONCE apologized for the mistake... I said that wasn’t necessary for him to drive back and I don’t want him to do that, that it was okay. Then she mentioned she can credit me PART of the $50.00+ dollars for the next time I call in. I don’t plan to give them my service again. Unfortunately. Terrible last experience there and it’s unfortunate because this is a small town and there isn’t much to choose from when it comes to food.

Best salad in Red Bluff! I don’t review anything, but my fresh anti pasta salad with chicken was so satisfying. Everything is fresh.... quick and flavorful! I love a good salad but not everyone can make a good one. Worth every penny! Thank you Lugi’s for putting quality in a salad.

Customer service was excellent, kind and well mannered. The order too way too long, they said 40 min, it actually took 1hr 20 min to arrive. I called at an hour 20, they said it'd left the store 10 min ago. It still took another 15 to arrive, the town only is five minutes long. Mac n cheese was out of a box for sure. Pasta was good but bland, no salt or pepper? But mostly their prices are incorrect on their own website or I was over charged. The items I ordered should have added up to 14.95. I paid over $25, plus til and that included a 20% discount for the hotel I was staying at.
