I love this place! Plenty of classes that are included with membership, and I l-o-v-e my trainor Liz!!!

Best club in town. Friendly staff, lots of barbells and dumbells and good selection of machines.

I feel right at home at TFFC. I know some of the staff, I feel very comfortable with the equipment. I've had physical therapy there several times- I always go to them when I need help with recovery. I can't imagine going anywhere else to work out!!

Plenty of weights, plenty of machines, plenty of room. I barely ever have to wait to use anything. It's very clean, I always see custodial staff bustling around. The staff is very nice and helpful. There's also a nice sauna. I get the month pass whenever I'm in town. It's only, like, $40 if you have a government job. I don't know how much an actual membership is.
