Although this could be a beautiful place it currently seems run down. We drove through to see if we thought it would be a safe place to rent a lot and the first thing I noticed was the clutter around the units. Some lots were well kept but it was very few. The second thing I experienced within 1 min of pulling in was two very obvious tweakers walking down the rd. They were nice and said hi as we drove past but they were definitely not someone I would want lurking around my place. The next thing that was off putting was that there was no one in the office. In fact they had very short office hours 3 days a week for just a couple hours on those days. The box at the office that read Info was actually full of blank complaint forms. The only positive things I can say are that they responded in a reasonable time to my email and that the place has potential if management were to work harder at getting long term residents to clean up thier areas.

My name is jon peel. I would like everyone who's paying attention to know that robert massie changed my review of o'nite r.v. park in red bluff California. What my original review said was that the o' nite manager is good friends with a known child molester robert massie. And together they stole everything I had . If you have anything that you care or considering yourselves or your family, friends or life you'll have nothing to do with them. They will soon be under lawsuits concerning these very facts. I want the world to be warned if you go to red bluff your dealing with drug addicts and they will take you for all your worth. Also I would like everyone to know that I am a Google maps reviewer and I could not sit bye and watch more people get hurt.

I’m actually very blessed to be living here! Indeed! The manager,Arthur, and his dad and other workers here really keep up on the place and the ducks,well I guess they flew south for the winter.all in all, It’s comfortable enough for me! Yup!,Indeed.

The park where my daughter and I live is amazing the manager is amazing and the best manager we have ever had I would strongly recommend this park to everyone and the residents in here are friendly and amazing there are some pretty awesome and amazing people here the manager is amazing and awesome the grounds are always kept neat and clean as well as the laundry facilities
