It seems like every time maybe not every time, that I go to the red bluff California store it is so slow. It seems they have not either planned ahead or trained their employees well enough to get drinks out. They are usually double the time in most other stores

Again free birthday coffee. A little slice of heaven that was free for me just because it was my birthday! Love that!

Cant live with out it any time they mess my drank up they always willing to make it right no hassles

They messed up my order. And the coffee wasn't any good. Very bitter, and left a nasty taste. . I'll never go back there again. I wonder if they ever clean their machines?
