Paul and his staff are amazing. Have had to go to him more than once unfortunately due to an injuryand Paul and his staff will go above and beyond to do anything and everything they can to help you and make you feel comfortable. I would give him and 11 out of 10 score.
Small fitness center but it meets the need. I like that the treadmills have little fans, and there's a 5k loop setting as well.
Very clean and spacious gym. Convenient location. Patient and helpful physical therapist!
By far the best physical therapist I've went to. As a disabled vet, I'm sick of therapists that throw me on a ball or make me sit and stretch myself. He actually spends the time and uses techniques to fix the problem or at least make them feel better. I'm very happy I got sent here.
They helped my husband. Very accommodating staff. Compact but functional space.
