I just wanted to say thanks to Shelly in sales for all her help in selecting the perfect car for my daughter. She took the time showing my daughter the Ford EcoSport and the Honda a couple of months ago and then when my daughter made her decision on colors / options we went back and Shelly once again was very kind and patient, so was the management / finance team. We got a great deal on a new EcoSport and a great value for the trade in, overall a very nice no pressure car shopping / buying experience. I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars. I've also had my other Ford products serviced here and they were fantastic as well

As of now four stars salesman don't talk to service counter guys I noticed. I got the hand off but I don't do salesman I just need a truck fixed so do good by me, guys.

We bought a new Ford Ranger from Yreka Motors a few weeks ago and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. We worked with Matt Kleier and Jason Truttman. We had a very specific idea of the features we wanted, and things we didn't want, and they went to great lengths to find the perfect vehicle and bring it to Yreka. And they gave us a great deal! Given the limited inventory available in this era of COVID, we were so impressed. We are so glad that we kept our business local, and would recommend Yreka Motors to anyone looking for a Ford, Honda, or a used vehicle in their inventory. (We purchased a used Nissan Sentra from Jason several years ago and it has run like a champ!)

Had a great experience buying at Yreka Motors. I went in a handful of times and personally just couldn’t make up my mind, yet each time Mr. Godfrey was super patient with me and I could tell he did everything he could to get me the best rates possible. Joe is an amazing sales men and I’d recommend him to anyone who’s having issues making up there mind.
