Very clean and well maintained.nFriendly and efficient staff.
They have 2 locations (1 on Lassen lane & the other on S. Mt.Shasta Blvd - very south end of town.)nLassen has spa and sauna, South End has lane pool for lap swim that you can call to reserve lane times.nLucia is a fantastic physical therapist.nThere are some very curtious staff & some not so (thus the 4 stars instead of 5).nGreat concentration of fitness equipment and treatment rooms.
Everyone there is really nice and genuinely cares about your health. Well maintained and clean. Salt water pool and jacuzzi reel great and the chemicals are checked often. Dry sauna is nice and toasty.
Nice little fitness center has a pool and nice selection of equipment. Along has another one on the south end of town.
The people who work here are so helpful and friendly...great staff! And they are always making improvements on the facility... plus there is free childcare on weekday mornings.
