When you walk through the door first thing you notice is the good energy from everyone definitely a place where you can learn but also have fun at the same time everyone go check it out
Great gym if you wanna take the first steps in becoming a fighter or if your just looking for a great way to stay in shape and learn self defense it’s a great environment
Justin is one of the best coaches around and strike hold is a great gym with a family atmosphere.
