I had such an amazing experience with buying our first trailer at this location with Mickey. I don't live near by and he made everything easy and convenient for my family and I. Everyone at the location including Kurt and Staci were great to work with. Great customer service, communication, and team work. Without Mickey none of it would have happened. Amazing guy and experience!!

Our E2 hitch receiver was stolen when we went camping. We had to purchase another one from an out of town dealer so we can get back home. When we got home we called Brian Royce at Camping World and walked through the set up process to make sure the hitch system was installed correctly. Unfortunately, we did not have the proper tools to torque down the nuts and bolts as required. Brian said bring it buy and they will take care of it. When we arrived, Brian Royce and his tech Luke, took the receiver into the shop torqued the bolts and double checked the installation. About 10 minutes later Brian returned our receiver and we were good to go. He didn't charge us for their time either. They just wanted to make sure we were safe on the road. We are happy Camping World customers and we are glad to return our rig here for the manufacturers recommended service. Also, Brian said he was always happy to take a call or reply to an email for any service related questions that may come up in the future whether in town or not. In addition to the great service received from Brian, we have also received great service from their service manager as well. She's a nice lady, but I can't remember he name.

I want to say thank you to the service team at Camping World! They provided us with an amazing experience and costumer service from beginning to end. They communicated with us often to provide updates and explained exactly what was going on with our trailer. I will definitely return in the future if additional repairs are needed.

Had to change an awning. Contacted camping world Redding and Monica took care of it for me. Live out of they area, so she made sure in early and out same day. Made sure I was happy and walked me into the shop to make sure I was satisfied. Really appreciated that. Thank you very much Monica.

We had a considerable amount of work done on a used rv that we had purchased. The two people with whom we dealt, Michael Manning , service representative and Zack a mechanic were both excellent to work with. We were given quotes on the work to be done and when it came time to pay, the amounts matched perfectly. The work that we had done was also done in a timely manner and we have been very pleased with the results. We would not hesitate to deal with the service department at camping world in the future.nTerry and Denise
