All Car Motors

We purchased our used Toyota Sienna van from All Car Motors over a year ago. I have to admin, it felt like the easiest and smoothest car purchase I have experienced. The owner was easy to work with. Even after we left the lot and he received payment for the vehicle, he still went out of his way to handle a few things for the vehicle for us. Highly recommended.

My husband and I bought a 2005 Jeep Wrangler from matt he was very nice, good customer service and we got a what we thought great deal on it. At three weeks first gear went out as it is a manual. I called a few times but he didn’t care to give us a call back to maybe have his mechanic look at it. Wasn’t the biggest deal as it still could drive, so I didn’t really care to call back and just fix it on our own it being a car with no warranty. But at exactly 3 months the engine blew. We then called Matt once again and this time he did answer and said he would have his mechanic look at it for a reasonable price. We had it towed there mechanic looked at it but pretty much let us know that we were screwed. Matt decided not to help us one bit and I thought that was not right on his part regardless if there was no warranty or it being a used vehicle. I feel that he lied about the jeep being a great vehicle to begin with. I understand things happen but when things happen with The transmission and then the engine you would think he would’ve tried to of helped us in someway. This was supposed to be a reliable vehicle for my daughter and I. After four grand for a new engine we now just got it running and it has been three years since we bought the vehicle. Kind of sucks that you can’t even use a vehicle for said amount of years until you have the money to be able to fix it. First gear is still out but will hopefully fix that soon too. I would never buy from here ever again.

Absolutely a GREAT person to buy a car from!!! Very kind and educated in the car world, which is a HUGE plus!! No pressure or arrogance as well!! I have him watching for cars for both my mom and mother in law!! And there is a sweet old shop dog... Nostalgia of what old car buying was like I can imagine!!!

Matt was awesome to deal with. He was upfront about anything on the lot I was interested in. No pressure and he helped get us financed and out the door in a hurry.
