Verry friendly customer service until you buy something . Then once we bought our truck the tailgate was gone they said it got stolen. Had to wait for new one to come in 21/2 months later. Also they never checked breaks on truck . 10 days after we got truck we took it to Corning Ford and our breaks were at 2 cm . Corning Ford said was compety un safe.
I bought a 2009 GMC Yukon Denali XL from them. Paid $13,900 in cash for it. Took it home and fell in love with it. Decided to go on a short trip to clearlake and after only having it for 18 days it blew up. Blew a hole through the side of the block. They are not willing to trade me something else on the lot. They expect me to pay for half of the new engine. The best part is they will buy it back for wait for it...... They offered me $2,000 to buy it back. So now I sit with a $14,000 yard ornament. I will be posting this story all over social media and beyond.
Do not waste time with this used car dealership!! They will sell the car you are going to buy right out from under you. Will never visit again and will tell others to go spend your money somewhere else!
Love the truck but it's been 5 days and we'll same thing different place. We will be coming back in future.
Wouldn’t recommend. I bought a truck cash off this lot. The next day the radiator cracked and now 2 weeks later Im being told by mechanics that I need a new engine. They cover up the problems with the vehicles just to get them running long enough to sell. Thanks for my lawn ornament advanced auto wholesale.
