Tonight I ordered something different and I found a secret menu item that was keto. I didn’t quite know how to order it correctly as some of the recipe had been discontinued. The young man was so patient and so nice who took my order. When I got to the window I was informed by a female, I believe was the manager that not all the items in that recipe were keto and asked if I would like it to be 100% keto. I said yes and she right away let me know that she was going to do everything she could to make it taste good and to be keto. They both were so nice and so sweet to me and didn’t seem annoyed at all over my obnoxious order.
Other than not having bathrooms for the public, it's the same Starbucks experience. Fast service, great coffee, and friendly staff. I like adding my own creamer to the coffee and during this Civid-19 BS, that's been difficult to find at certain Starbucks. However, at this particular Starbucks, the lady filled a short cup with half and half creamer and for the three coffees we ordered, it was just the right amount. Kudos!
Speedy drive-thru. Gets quite a bit of traffic, but moves you along quickly.
Walked in around noon. Friendly staff greeted me. No line. Place was dirty. Lots of staff chatting it up with each other. Placed my order. Waited and waited. Someone found my drink at the drive thru. All those people, place should have been spotless, and they should know where the one customer's drink goes.
Its Starbucks what more is there to say? You get great coffee wonderful service and decent prices it's a win win for all involved.
