Pizza pipeline has been a great place to get pizza from for years, and they continue to put out a great product. Thank you for being so fast!
Rude staff, including the manager. Apparently when you choose “leave at door” they no longer knock to let you know it’s there. Yet it’s not stated anywhere so I’m waiting and waiting. I called and they treated me as if I should have known this. Had to ask to speak to manager cause first guy couldn’t have cared less I now had a cold pizza that’s been sitting in a public area for who knows how long. Manager ended up offering a free pizza, but he didn’t want to. Second star is only cause their food is good
I normally like Pizza Pipeline, but maybe that's because I've always picked up the pizza myself. Tonight I've waited over an hour for 1 pizza and trixie sticks, Ugh! Ticks me off because I gave a generous tip to the driver online when I made the purchase. When I called to inquire about where my pizza was, the gal acted like no big deal, said he left 10 minutes ago...well it only takes 4-5 minutes to get to my house. Pizza Pipeline you need to do MUCH better than this if you want to keep my business.
Decent, cheap lunch special. Not the most spectacular recipe. I'm my opinion, ordering a whole pizza is way overpriced compared to the special.
