The staff at Blue Dog were kind, friendly, and easy to work with. Mike spent over a week responding to me via phone and text as we don’t live in the area. They did everything possible to make sure things would go smoothly when we arrived. Mike even helped answer some questions we had after we left. We came home with a great trailer and will definitely recommend anyone looking to go to Blue Dog.

We picked up our Grand Design RV from Blue Dog in Redding in early November. Our entire experience with them was wonderful. They were laid back, no pressure and good in every aspect.nnFrom Mark our sales guy, Kahl the Finance guy, Shawn the sales manager, and Gary the tech who did our walk through with us, they were all easy to work with, very personable.nnThere is a dealer much, much closer to us in Sacramento that carries the Grand Design brand but when we went there to look at the models, it was like we weren't welcomed and were interrupting their nap time . A very uncomfortable experience for us there. So we traveled 2-1/2 hours to Blue Dog RV in Redding and it was worth it to be greeted with smiles and people who acted like they wanted to work with us.nnWould we go back to Blue Dog in Redding? Sure would, in a heartbeat.

Can’t say enough good things about the service department at Blue Dog RV in Redding, CA. They provided a thorough walk through of our new Solitude. Answered all of our questions and didn’t rush us. Followed up like promised on a couple of minor warranty issues.nnWe didn’t have a whole lot of contact with sales because most of our transaction was done over internet and phone. When we arrived in Redding, from Fresno, CA to pickup our new unit. We were greeted by our names as soon as we got out of the truck. Introduced to sales manager and finance manager.nnOur purchase was trouble free and pleasant.

Mike Lake and the Blue Dog team delivered. We were coming up short in a positive experience as a number of sales people at other dealerships as many lots were low on inventory due to the pandemic and unwilling to search manufacturer incoming deliveries. Mike found us match quickly and provided pricing, detailed information, and resources to help us make an informed decision. He also coordinated with Don in the parts and services department to ensure we had everything we needed at delivery. If there were any concerns or questions, Mike and Don were quick to respond enthusiastically with honest and fair support. We understand that it was a seller's market during the COVID-19 pandemic, but the blue dog team in Redding didn't make it feel that way. We are happy campers! Thanks Team!

We where traveling thru Redding when our fridge stopped working. After stopping at the big chain store’s only to get disappointed they said they where to busy, we stopped by Blue Dog Rv. Don the parts mgr. hooked me up with Brian the Service mgr. They where extremely busy too, but took the time to take care of us. The Service tech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable fixed the fridge in no time. A little customer service goes a long way, they got my business after this. Thanks Blue Dog Team
