Recently (Oct 19) took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Had made an appointment ahead of time. Gabby, my service advisor, had me checked in quickly and efficiently. At the completion of my vehicle service, Gabby advised me, as I had figured, that my vehicle's tires needed replacement. She provided me with a quote on four different offerings and the current deals Lithia was offering for purchase of new tires. I took the quote sheet home, and compared comparable offerings from other tire dealers. I found Lithia to be very competitive, so I called Gabby and I had an appointment the next day. I dropped off my vehicle and, after finding out I needed brakes too, I met with Gabby before picking up my vehicle. Gabby provided excellent customer service and Lithia tire, service and brake technicians did a very good job of taking care of my vehicle. Based on my experience, Lithia has won my loyalty.

Professional, efficient and clean. Great people at Lithia Toyota of Redding! Fantastic service, honest and dependable. Even busy they have a nice waiting area and not too far from a few restaurants to walk to. (Jeff’s Cattle Co. is a great breakfast!)

I have very little experience with automotive repair shops since 1) I don't drive much, and 2) I own a Toyota. That being the case, Lithia has been about as pleasant an experience as one could expect: the staff was polite, friendly, and fast. Here's to hoping their repairs are as good as the service so far!

Fantastic service. I’ve never had such a good experience from a dealership from initial email contact to getting the keys. Trevor was amazing the entire way through and didn’t BS me on anything and gave me the numbers I asked for. The dealership made a mistake on the numbers but came forward with it and made me an even better deal than originally negotiated to make it up for me. Even though they are 4 hours away I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
