Tony and the entire crew at Redding Kia are AMAZING! We were looking for a new car for our daughter who recently totaled her previous car. They quickly got back to us with answers to any questions we had. There was absolutely no pressure in their sales and they all treated us like family with great compassion for our circumstances. They gave us an EXCELLENT deal on a vehicle our daughter could afford. They certainly won customers for life with our family. God bless you all and thank you for all your help!

Really love this place. Jake and Tony did an amazing job getting us into the right car at the right price. Cody in finance, thank you! Very friendly and helpful staff. I didn't feel pushed into looking at anything I wasn't interested in. All the staff was very professional and did a great job keeping us entertained and comfortable during the wait for paperwork. Came back in a few days after purchase for followup and still completely satisfied. My last vehicle was across the street at the Subaru dealer, which is also great. What good is a warranty if when you have a major problem with your car the Kia dealership can’t get you in for a month or more. I am very disappointed in Kia. I had no choice but to take my car to another auto repair facility when my check engine light came on and my car died in the middle of an intersection. Kia is refusing to reimburse me the cost of that repair because I took it to a third party. If I could have taken it to Kia in a reasonable amount of time I wouldn’t have taken it anywhere else. I will not be recommending Kia to anyone and I will not buy another Kia. This whole experience has made me not trust Kia.nn***After having a bad experience dealing with Kia the corporation after talking to Jacob at the local Kia dealership he was very kind and helped resolve the issue. He has made feel much better about my car and about future services through Kia. Thank you

The place was busy and I think not enough employees to handle all the customers. When I was taken care of the employee was great. Very nice.

Employees were very helpful and extremely kind. Someone checked in on everyone in the waiting room asked if everyone was okay if we needed anything. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen anywhere
