Nice, well kept park. Clean showers & restrooms. Spaces are not crowded. Nice swimming pool. Cable TV needs a little work which is only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars. It is an easy 4.5 star place. Wifi was good, easy to connect. Utility pedestals are well placed, near center of space so no long cords or hoses needed.

We have stayed here a few times recently and over the last couple of years. A local veteran buddy of mine said it was the nicest place in Redding. Although we have stayed in Half Moon Bay by the ocean for less per night we don’t have any problem paying the going rate for the local best. The facilities are usually clean, no issues there. The cable tv connection was pointless as reception was horrible and it was strange that the connection line ran across the ground from the neighbor site to the hook up tower. It was surprising to find that their restroom facilities were so hot they reminded me of Iraq. You will be back to sweating again before you finish showering. We don’t often use the RV park facilities but sometimes it’s convenient. The facilities aside, we will never spend our money here again. The female manager and her front desk receptionist are very rude. From returning a lost access card, to letting them know we were going to check out early (I have never asked for a refund but have been adamantly told about their no refund policies), having to cancel an appointment because no one can let us know if we were able to stay an extra night, being adamantly told at check in about other kids messing up their fountain and not leaving our kids unsupervised. I am understanding about rules and their enforcement. We have vacationed in our RV over the last few years in Yellow Stone, Seattle, Olympic National Park, Disneyland, Yosemite, and a bunch of other places. I have never run into more unpleasant staff than the ones here. I am sorry to not further explain the encounters I have mentioned but if you are traveling and looking for that unwelcome feeling this is the place for you. I can easily say we have recently stayed at 2 nicer RV parks in Redding and are done giving these people the benefit of the doubt that someone might be having a bad day.

Premier lives up to its name. This RV park is beautifully maintained and very clean. The pool was sparkling and the staff was friendly. There is also security that cruises around at night to give you that secure feeling. We've stayed at many nice RV parks this side of the Mississippi and this ranks as one of the best places.

Very nice RV park well maintained and very friendly staff. We loved the fact they deliver you a morning paper to your rig. Good job guys will surely be back.

Very nice RV park. Extremely well maintained. Seemingly well run. Nicely landscaped & treed. Small pool area. Sites are nicely spaced, easy access, and perimeter sites have extra privacy. Wifi connects easily, but is pretty slow. The only negative we found... The off-leash dog areas are appropriate only for small dogs; seems like there’s plenty of room for a real dog run to be created. Right next to water park. We would return.
