The staff were amazing! Had a restless toddler and they were so gracious. Had the blue cheese burger, absolutely to die for. My husband got the Reuben, and it's probably one of the best we've ever had. Garlic fries and onion rings perfectly seasoned, very good. Will definitely be back if we come through Susanville again!

I have been driving past this place practically everyday and never though to stop there. My coworker suggest that we go and eat lunch there and man was it good. We had great service and the food was amazing. It is also super affordable. There is a variety of food categories here which is really nice because many places in Susanville only sell one one genre of food. I will definitely be going back!

The staff and the owner are all absolutely amazing. They are friendly and have great customer service. They also have wonderful food with very large portions. At a decent price. You should go try it you will love it too.

The place has outdoor seating. That’s why I chose it. Surprisingly they have indoor seating (which was packed to the gills by Truckee and Cal Fire firefighters)nWe were seated quickly, however we waited nearly 45 minutes for the food to show up at the table. Didn’t have a waitress at our table even once between taking our order and bringing it to the table.nI had the 12oz prime rib. I requested medium rare. It was medium and extremely dry. The brown gravy and mashed potatoes tasted “off”. The asparagus was bland and flavorless. Like it had been thrown in a steamer with a bit of black pepper and nothing else.nOur water was never refilled. My salad was fair, but the croutons were chewy..that’s a new one for me.nThe garlic bread was good, but come on...that’s a low bar.nAside from taking our order and dropping it off at the table, the only other time I saw a waitress was when she brought the check.nI prefer to write positive reviews, but I won’t be back.nnEdit: If only you spent as much time on your cooking as you did on your camera watching and rebuttals to negative reviews you would probably get better feedback.nnHad my food been delicious I would have waited all night for it. I ate 2/3 of it, 2 bites of potatoes, a couple bites of asparagus, a couple bites of bread and left the rest. I did notify your waitress when she asked, but it didn’t really matter at that point anyway.nnAs an aside, I’m the mechanic. The pilot had a burger and the wine. Better food, better review. It’s that simple.

Food here is amazing. Hours are pretty good. Service has also been good.
