I travel coast to coast. I write reviews of my self experiences alone. I do not like to write negative feedback. The facility was small but filled with great equipment for whatever your needs may be.I will say the manager/owner was quite attentive and instructive to his patrons. The patrons seemed very happy with their club.I will also add that a visitor member from another Anytime Fitness ideally should receive from the owner/manager a hospitality of sorts so not to feel as though a territorial intruder ud83dudc71‍♀ufe0f and thus offering a positive evaluation to the family and friends she came to visit or suggest a friendlier competitor for their new membership.

Moved into town 10 days ago saw this gym figured id give it a try. I've called several times left voice messages no answer. Look to see what time staff is there been several times this week no a single staff available. So i go in at 10:20 am on 1/18/20 saw a staff member who was too busy sitting down on his phone to answer questions. The cleaning lady came answered the door went to speak to the staff member he said comeback tomorrow. After 2 weeks i got a membership despite the lack of staff its a very good gym if you can catch anyone there to start a membership. I posted a review with 1 star but i decided to give it more after the membership was started ive been pleased since then. If you have patience i suggest you give it a try

Horrible customer service in regards to the associate Jimmy. When asked to speak to a supervisor I left my contact information about 3 weeks ago and still have yet to hear from anyone. Ive sent a letter to the corporate office and will be posting on BBB for the negligence of my account.
