My wife and I are travel nurses and love staying here. Super convenient, clean, and safe. It is ran with a perfect balance of being friendly without tolerating any bull.

Seems like a one night park only and other than the residents, we were the only guests spending a whole weekend. Clean and nice spots. For the most part quiet. My complaint is the woman manager. There were TONS of open spots so you’d think if we’re one of the rarities staying for three nights, we’d have a nice spot. She puts us in one of the spots with no tree (no shade) and a huge stump taking up most of lawn. We asked to move and she didn’t see the point, as the shade would disappear in a few hours anyway. So shade all morning and until 3pm...seems like a great deal to have shade the most unforgiving hours of the day. We finally demanded and she begrudgingly agreed. But then she got us back. Put a family with four kids under six in the site next to us, where they could play at 7 am inches from where we were sleeping. Again, TONS of open spaces. TONS. It was very intentional. Will never be back.

We have underlying conditions and are taking this Covid epidemic very seriously. Because of that, we won’t stay at any campgrounds that don’t allow “no contact” check in. We have had no problems with that until Susanville. When we asked the woman on the phone if we could have no contact check in, her response was, “What do you expect me to do? Run in and out and back and forth and play 20 questions with you?” No, we just wanted her to take our credit card over the phone. Horrible treatment of a potential customer. Horrible.

Very nice clean park with paved roads, level concrete parking pads, grassy areas and big trees. Restrooms and showers were very clean. Some might call it the park a little dated because some of the sites needed a bit of refurbishment. Good for a stopover while passing through. Would certainly stop here again.

Park was nice and clean. Level trailer spots. Nice and quiet. Only draw backs are no playground or pool. But lack of pool is probably due to harsh winters. We are seniors so lack of playground isn't a big deal.
