Amazing energy from the moment you walk through the front door. The staff always welcomes you and makes you feel right at home. The teachers are fantastic and personable. There’s an excellent variation of different types of classes that anyone can find something to suit their style of yoga. Very clean and peaceful atmosphere. Om Shala has a warm, clean, friendly atmosphere. Its teachers are knowledgeable and dedicated and there is a great variety of classes, workshops and special events. I love going to classes here!

Peggy Profant is an amazing teacher, and I am grateful she continues to teach at Om Shala after selling the studio. The sauna is an added bonus, especially when you get it all to yourself. I am grateful for the new pricing that makes classes more accessible to all.
