I didn't have a recreational vehicle, but if I did, it would have been even better. The (free) parking lot is right alongside of the dunes, but since I was on foot, it was quite a walk through the dunes, past some beautiful, flowering landscape and finally to the beach. The beach was probably about 200 yards from the ocean, but the large amount of driftwood accumulated made for nice spots to stop and take a break.
Off roading, fishing and friends! A great place for all three
Sand paddle for sure, orv trails 4x4 obstacle course, can drive on the beach. Not super great fishing but lots of cool stuff to see.
Amazing place and so peaceful love to take my ud83dudc15 dog all the way to the end.
Peaceful quiet, not overcrowded. campground nearby
