Humboldt CrossFit is where you go to get really, really fit. It's the type of place where everyone knows your name and is happy to see you succeed and reach your most outrageous of fitness goals. The coaching and programming is professional and well thought out and the proof is plain to see. HCF members are unquestionably the fittest people in all of Humboldt County.nThe classes are designed for ALL fitness levels. The age range is 16-78. They offer classes in the early morning, late morning and evening. The gym has classes 7 days a week, lots and lots of parking and a clean gym space.

By far the best Crossfit gym ever! I highly recommend this gym. The atmosphere is amazing and so welcoming. The coaches are knowledgeable and know what they are teaching.They know when to challenge you or have you step back to understand a movement correctly

This place is a wasteeeeeeee of money. I joined as a college student and did 4 classes/week. Obviously I got into slightly better shape but that was mostly because I was doing my own regular workouts...CrossFit was just an extra. The owners is a complete ego maniac deuchbag. Will only try to upgrade you based on your membership $$, they really don't care about you as an individual. Suuuuuper liberal btw... Not surprising since it's Humboldt but if you're not a liberal they'll probably treat you different. Would not ever waste my money on a gym like that again

Terrible location. The owners are extremely rude. The location is in a terrible part of town. There is even a firebombed truck out back! They have clients run in the street because they don't have the facilities. I'm not paying dues to run in the street, I can do that for free.
