Hey (11/02/2020)
Hours aren't the greatest for someone who works nightshift. Miss a lot of abilities to get in a workout on the weekends due to diminished hours. Membership fee is expensive compared to planet fitness. I feel like my fee subsidizes the pool that I don't use because kids are constantly screaming and shouting to the point where it's hard to relax or get a good swim in. The equipment is adequate but some are aging and could use a good greasing as some equipment is squeaky to use. Overall it is OK, but I find myself going to planet fitness more these days due to the better hours.

I personally think Healthsport is the best gym in Eureka because they have lots of options such as workout equipments, classes, etc. Frankly the only thing that I would recommend for changes would be having either a muay tai or kickboxing class included as a class session and hopefully that would happen when either COVID-19 ends or when the owners have enough money to invest that time to include as an option of one of the workout classes. For those of people from Eureka that want to get into shape, then I personally would recommend Healthsport as long as you're able invest time, money and effort into staying fit. The instructors, trainers, and pretty much everybody else working in that facility are actually nice people. Highly professional and good people to help you motivate yourself through a good, intense workout. Honestly, on a 1-10 scale I'd be giving it either an 8 in a half or 9 in terms of rating this place. Excellent quality of a gym. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

The front desk guys Mitchell and Weston were very polite and k knowledgeable about the club and products for sale. The pool was busy for a while then slowed down as the kids left. Hot tub was hot

I visited during the pandemic and felt really scared because there wasn't any enforcement of the mask policy

Excellent yoga classes Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Much better than your average community gym yoga. Has everything you'd want from a gym, other than a basketball court. Price seems reasonable. Friendly customer service.
