Great little gym. The owner and head trainer, Tyler, does a great job at helping you with your specific goals. Despite having just opened up shop his facility is pretty on point and hes flexible with hours.
Super knowledgeable one on training that goes beyond a traditional setting. This is a local gym with real people who provide real results. My overall Mind, Body, and Spirit speak for themselves and body by Parr is foundation! If your a doer then Alpha is your gym!
