The Humboldt Yoga studio is clean and hot. The teachers are all great and the studio regularly has excellent, out of the area teachers lead classes. There's a lot of experience and a lot to experience at the studio. I enjoy the 26&2, but I love the Next Level 90 class. Its a great series with a little more movement. Always open when they say they're open, very reliable.
Stephanie is a very thorough and patient teacher. The class is definitely challenging. I highly recommend taking the 26/2 first even if you’ve been doing yoga for a while. The warm room does really help with flexibility. I can already see improvements in just two classes. I struggle to go to yoga classes because they are so long but this is certainly worth your time. Clean and organized studio.
Karma sent me a flat tire and I was stuck in Eureka for an hour. Perfext timing allowed me to flow at one of the amazing classes. Stephanie the owner and teacher is an amazing professional soul adhering to the Abrahamaic wisdom of having an open door to all strangers. Robin flowed through an amazingly well taught and challenging class.nNamaste
This studio is clean with beautiful spaces including showers! The instructors are kind, and well qualified. It is an accepting space that allows for a practice that flows easily without obstacles. I highly recommend a visit to Humboldt Yoga.
It's great to have a yoga studio in Humboldt County professionally done, taught by professional teachers. And they have showers!!! You will have a wonderful and personalized experience here - just try it. You won't be disappointed!
