Kaleidoscope Coffee Co.

The ice-cream, shakes, coffee, sodas and blends are great! The costumer service however, is not. I live in eureka and visit the mall almost regularly and kaleidoscope coffee has been one of my favorite places to go. Unfortunately the past few times I have been there the staff have been more attentive to their phones then their customers. When ordering milkshakes for my daughter and myself today, two of the female workers were huddled at the front counter hovering over one of their phones and talking about pictures, personal life etc. Mind you there was two other people waiting to be helped, one of whom worked in the mall (judging by her uniform). When asked if they got paid to be on their phones, the response I got from one of the girls (long black hair didn’t tell me her name) was “yeah actually we are” had an attitude about her. The other response from the other girl (short blond hair didn’t catch name) was “we are only allowed to help one customer at a time”. When asked if the manager was in they both told me no, then asked if I was already helped, I said yes (the only man working with good attitude and professional demeanor was helping me. Gave him a 5$ personal tip for himself) but those two ladies have not, looking behind me and pointing to a woman with her child and another lady in work uniform. They then proceeded to help the customers and be progressive with their time.nI really like kaleidoscope, I just feel that some of the staff need more training on customer service and not being in your phone when your on the clock. That’s what breaks and lunches are for. Fast food places are supposed to be fast.

Best place for a quick morning pick-me-up!nOperates on mall hours so their always around.nDan and Mimi are wonderful people!

Stopped here on our way through eureka and Dan helped us out. What a great guy!!!! Super friendly and professional staff. We’ll be back!!!

AMAZING!! I love Kaleidoscope Coffee! Super friendly workers and beautiful murals. They’ve got all kinds of snacks and even ice cream!

This place is so good with so many flavors. just so you know the butterfinger frappe is the best. also the staff there is amazing always serve you with a smile!
