The bandit savory and sweet has the best food and coffee. The owner is very nice and she does an excellent job at running the whole place by herself. I am addicted to her food.
Good quick food. Got an apple salad and it was one of the best salads I have enjoyed in a long time. Surprisingly well made herbalicious latte too.
Third wave hipster coffee right here. Stopped on our way from San Francisco to Portland and weren’t disappointed. They have oat milk and gluten free cookies. No decaf.
If you are passing by or in the general vicinity of Eureka then Bandit is a must stop! 16oz pour over and amazing bake goods that will please even the pickiest of palates. One of the best cafes on the west coast.
The tuna salad is amazing. Super fresh and tasty. :)
