Their carpet installation team is very unprofessional. First they don't listen to instructions about how to enter the apartment between tenants, then they reschedule for the next day, meaning the next tenant (myself and my family) is homeless until they get done.
When asked if we could cancel (since they can't do their job), they refused.
So yeah, me and my kids will be sleeping in my garage since Home Depot installation team can't do their job right and their office won't do a refund for not doing their job.
I can't help but feel a local company would have cared enough to do it when they said they would, but what do they care at Home Depot, they're a multi billion dollar organization.
