I live in Texas but found the perfect project car for my son at J.K. Thomas in WA. I took the risk of purchasing based solely on photos and my interactions with John Staley. John was professional, courteous and, most importantly, completely honest and transparent. He made the transaction seamless and even coordinated having the car shipped to my front door. My son and I couldn't be happier that I trusted John.

John has always been helpful and has worked with me in order to get the right vehicle for the budget. This is why our family has purchased 5 vehicles from him over the last 6 years.nnHe's always gone above and beyond. Most recently when I was in the market for a truck, I told him what I was looking for and about a month later he called me up with almost exactly what I was looking for.nnWhen my youngest daughter needed to replace her vehicle, John didn't have what we were looking for, but when we found exactly what we wanted at another dealership, he advised us on what a fair price would be.nnAfter years of doing business with him, I have no hesitation referring my friends or family to John if they're in the market for a used vehicle.

John was an absolute pleasure to work with when making my first major purchase for my new-to-me truck. It was also the only place I could find in the area with a fair price on a Tacoma (including Craigslist).nnWhen I met with John he was extremely helpful and accommodating. Rather than pushing hard for the sale when I was on the fence about the purchase; he worked with me to get the truck to the condition that I was looking for at a price that worked better for me.nnAfter dealing with a lot of high-pressure salesmen in my search for a Tacoma I am so happy to have ended up at J K Thomas working with John. Wonderful person, fair pricing, would highly recommend.

Bought a1995 Dodge truck sight unseen. Took John's word on the condition and he was 99% accurate in my opinion. Anyway, very happy with the purchase, the truck is fantastic, highly recommended!

Bought a car from John back in September. He took care of all the details, making it super easy and quick. He was professional and helpful, listening to what I was looking for and helping me find the perfect car for a great price! My ford focus runs great and I am very happy with it.
