RVS Northwest had one of the last few 2020 Nash 23D trailers left in the country. I called and talked with Graham and made a deal to purchase it. We drove from California 10 days later to pick it up. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. We stayed one night on the lot to ensure there were no issues, there were a few and they corrected them immediately, Mike and Sara were fantastic. Super happy with our experience and would definitely purchase from them again.

Stopped to look at a coach. Haven't bought but Russ Watts showed us what we came to look at and was very polite and not pushy. The family appreciated that very much. Thanks Russ!

We can’t say enough about this RV business. The individuals are amazing to work with. Their customer service is above and beyond what you normally see these days from the time we stepped in their door, and all the way through the sales and education process. Everyone we interfaced with was exceptional from the first time we walked in the door. We have been treated with great respect. We are newbies in the travel trailer world and their patience surpassed what we ever expected. They are incredibly well trained, knowledgeable and honest. I can’t tell you how many questions they answered and they did it with integrity and amazing patience. Thank you for making our experience awesome! We appreciate your professionalism more than you know. Gary, JJ, Dave, Paul, and Ray thank you so much for going above and beyond for us! We highly recommend this business.

My experience at RVs Northwest was exceptional. I visited a handful of different dealerships and the customer service here was second to none.nnJesse, Chris & Gary in the sales department were all wonderful to work with. Their transparency and communication throughout the process was great.nnThe technicians (JJ & Paul) that prepped my truck & trailer, went above & beyond my expectations. They took their time with the setup and demonstrated how to operate all of the trailer’s features, so that I was confident before leaving the lot.nnFinally, before I started the three hour drive home, Don took me into the parts department and lined me up with the accessories needed for our first camping trip. Don was very good at explaining what was essential and what wasn’t.nnIt was a good experience all around and we are very happy with our new trailer. Thank you!

Changing from four to five stars.nnJJ and the service team really came through to address the issues we had with our trailer and went above and beyond by taking care of couple of build/design flaws by the manufacturer. In the end the result we had hoped for. Thanks to all for the support.nnChanging from one to four stars. Have been contacted by the service department. Efforts to resolve our issues appear to be in work. Last step will be a trip across the state to have work completed.nnHate to post this but the Service Department has gone silent on us. I would be happy to change the review once they return our calls.
