Just bought a new motor home from RnR RV in Liberty Lake. From start to finish, it was a seamless experience. Our salesman, Vince, was great, able to answer all questions as well deal with our trade In and walk us through the financing. The follow up service from Vince, manager Steve, and mechanic Ron has all been timely and knowledgeable. They made the purchase easy.nnWe are so glad we purchased locally as we now feel we have “friends” we can bring our RV back to with anything that may arise.nnHighly recommend these guys.

I wanted to have a shout out to Jamie in the service department. To a new RV owner of a used 10 year old Winnebago View, Jamie described in detail what service needed to be done on my older coach so that I could understand all of the work he would recommend. This also included new Lithium batteries by giving me a thorough rundown of the benefits.nnJamie exceeded my expectations - good job!

I had a great experience with RnR RV!nReceptionist, Sales, Service, and Parts. Vince Lemus, excellent salesperson, walked me through everything I needed! The modifications needed for my vehicle were quickly handled by Tyler in the service department, and Brian did my final walk through with me.nI will definitely continue to use these folks, and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a 5 star experience!

I love my travel trailer!! The bike rack needs to be relocated because I can not access my propane tanks. I will call Andrew (he’s awesome and kind) and he’s taken good care of me. I bless u my brother in Jesus name.

My husband and I purchased a new travel trailer here 2 years ago. The buying experience was great. Our sales person, Mac, was the best! Since our purchase we have had to deal with the service department 4 times and it is an absolute nightmare. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but no more. The people working in the service department are doing their best but it is run horribly. We have received hurried, unprofessional service for a ridiculous amount of money. When winterizing the trailer the last time they spilled antifreeze on the bathroom counter and I will forever have a pink stain. Just a lack of caring. Won’t be back! Beware, they sell good quality RV’s but go elsewhere for service!!! I also noticed the last time I was in there how disrespectful the salesmen were to the receptionist. That’s a no go for me I won’t buy from anyone that treats staff that way. When we upgrade I will have to find another place which is too bad because our salesmen really was great to work with.
