I appreciated the variable time slot and your ability to manage the 2 recalls too. Your call to pickup the car was 2 hours earlier than planned...Great!nnAs marketing senior vice president for a major insurance company, you would do well in holding an Open House in the Service Department once each year to show off your staff and capability. I for one shy away from service at the selling dealer as I am not allowed into the service area to gain any knowledge of your staff and capability. You could add a viewing booth for patrons too.

Salesmen Mike and Cole handled my car purchase. They're both very young men who did an outstanding job, start to finish. I had just totaled my previous vehicle hitting a deer and was not expecting to be in the market for a car. For starts, I did not feel I was put under any undue amount of pressure to buy a car. I have experienced that elsewhere in the past to the extent almost of absurdity, and it was a major reason why I was really sort of dreading going car shopping. Everything from the phone service, to the test drive, all of my questions answered, etc., was handled so well. I especially want to thank Mike for the time he took to show me how everything works inside my car! I had let them know I was unfamiliar with newer cars, not techie and wanted them to go over everything, probably a little more thoroughly than they do with most people. Still, I was not expecting the level of detail I got! Mike started with everything on the driver's door (that had been exactly my plan as well!) and we worked our way across the dash and through the car. From the start and without making me ask to slow him down, he just set about teaching me everything in detail. I know he spent over an hour with me doing this. I had gone with someone in the past to another dealership and been rushed through this process. We left not being able to figure out the heater and feeling really frustrated, overwhelmed and angry. So that was another reason I was not looking forward to the whole experience. Nothing like what I experienced here. And yes, I think I pretty much have it down! So not only do I have a really fantastic, gorgeous vehicle, I had only good energy surrounding the whole experience! Oh, BTW, I came all the way from Omak, WA, and it was worth the drive.

I hate car shopping... but George Gee made it a quick, painless process! Nathan (Acheson) and Jay (Dobson) worked together to ensure everything went smoothly. They were quick to respond when we had questions and worked hard to get us into exactly the car we wanted while still keeping it in our budget. I know that, at some point, we'll have to shop for a car again. Fortunately, now we know to go see Nathan and Jay at George Gee when the time comes!
