Spent 1 week here in Sep 2020 at $142.80 after discounts. Full hook-up with cable TV but only 30 amp service. Great location to this area for tourist. Lots of trees through out the park. No barking dogs and no rodent issues (6 friendly collared cats roaming around). WiFi was very poor. Rarely did it ever get above 1 Mbps. Saw many homeless people and many cars just driving thru but I was never threatened, however I kept everything locked. Lots of road noise including cars with thumping radios. Many long term residents said this is the best RV park around. Laundry normally priced, did not use the bath/shower house.

We really enjoyed staying at this park. The manager, Daniel was courteous, and friendly. This is an older park, but being able to hear the horn on the channel marker buoy and the seals in the harbor at night made it all worth it.

Nice RV park right off the highway - walking distance to the beach and ocean. Well maintained and quiet.
