Fast and friendly
I don't usually review places like Starbucks but the guy who O could only imagine was the manager was on point. It seemed he was doing the jobs of at least 2 people but somehow not only managed to pull it off but did it even better than some coffee shops with multiple employees. Everything was as ordered and as expected but seeing him do everything was impressive.
I don’t usually leave reviews, especially for businesses like Starbucks but I came to this location the morning of 8/14 and had the most lovely experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. We were in the lobby but there was a massive drive through line yet the staff was friendly and efficient. Everyone we interacted with was great, particularly Sapphire, but everyone on shift this morning deserves a round of applause for their cheery composure.
I don't dislike this place as much as I'm disappointed with how they're running it right now. I waited in the drive thru for almost 45 minutes. And it's not really the workers fault. It's seriously dumb to have the inside open to order AND online orders AND the drive thru. How can they keep up? My drink wasn't being made because of all the online orders coming in. They need a better system. Period.
Kind staff, awesome coffee, usually pretty busy but they are quick!
