Great coffee
Absolutely LOVE this WUC location! They get my orders right every time and with the BEST customer service. ❤ud83dudc4dud83eudd38♀ufe0f
I used to go here often, but unfortunately this location is not serving the quality drinks they used to. The girl at the window with the coffee themed mask was rushing us and her voice sounded rude. She had to ask several times for someone to help her make drinks. I’m not sure if the staff or just disorganized or untrained? One of my drinks was completely wrong. I asked for my typical sugar free blended grasshopper and received some kind of blended white colored fruit flavored drink. Also I’m not sure what their mask policy is, but the other girl wearing a blue mask had it not covering her mouth or nose because it was hanging off her ear while making our drinks.
Good selection of speciality drinks and average prices. This location seems to be usually very busy.
This used to be my favorite wake up call, but now I only go as a last resort. Why? They’re the only location that I visit that struggles with the concept of a mask order. I’ve had to go probably 3 or 4 times in the last month, including this morning, and the girls are NEVER wearing masks. Granted, I acknowledge that I visit right after open, but the fact that we’re in the middle of pandemic and Spokane having its highest amount of cases since mid August doesn’t stop because it’s 5am and inconvenient for you. I think today was my last visit to this location until this can get sorted. So underwhelmed.
