Don't let the closed look prevent you from stopping by and picking some fruit and berries. Upick, you weigh, you pay. You pay cash and put it in the box or pay via vimeo. Great open space. Looks abandoned but it isn't. Come out with kids or by yourself. Short drive from Woodland or Davis. Wear real shoes, not sandals like I did.
Informal, honor system. My sons really liked picking their own berries. Will be back for sure.
Pacific Star is a beautiful farm that has incredible produce. Pick your own strawberries or ask about buying vegetables, chicken or duck eggs. They also have incredible melons and tomatoes. Definitely worth a visit!
