Food was good but portions were much smaller than expected for the price. Service left much to be desired as well. We were only passing through, so we won't be back. I would caution those wanting to sat at Dickey's to really consider how badly they want barbecue.
First of all there's a sign on the door stating that you must wear a face mask to enter the restaurant which I agree with and completely comply with due to the covid-19 virus but as the two employees were making our food I noticed that the one actually preparing the food had her face mask only covering her chin! And the other guy was not wearing one at all, second of all we got our food home and shredded up in my shredded pork was the best by date sticker with the visible days of the week print and ink pen writing on it. I've never been so discussed please check out the picture I took of the sticker I dug out of my food. I recommend fire those employees and shut the place down oh yeah and they didn't put lids on my two sides that were liquids instead used loose plastic wrap it was a huge mess by the time I got it home.
The food was delicious as always, but the service was outstanding! The girl that helped me was friendly, professional, and a delight to talk to. Great place
Avoid if possible:nnFirstly the online ordering is absolutely horrible. The user interface itself is not horrible but the tracking of your order does not work. I placed a curbside order during a non busy time and waited 30 minutes for the tracker to update to no avail, so I went to the store and it was ready, but that defeats the purpose of having CURBSIDE order. Not only that but the employee was not wearing a mask and there were customers in without any sort of face coverings. Keep in mind Woodland requires restaurant employees to wear face coverings during this time.
Decent meat, a little too much charring. Better that most of the other BBQ available in town.
