Due to Covid 19, I need to cancel my membership. They making pretty impossible to cancel. Their phone encourages you to use their app, but you can only put your membership on hold, not cancel it. First time I tried to call them, my call was disconnected several times. Today I was on hold for 45 minutes. I get that they could be short staffed, but this is not right. I should not have to go into the gym to cancel, if I’m high risk.
Extremely clean and friendly. I love the atmosphere of the gym as its very laid back, no judgement, and everyone is there to do there own thing (no one is hogging machines or just standing around, no overbearing loud music, etc). The staff is very friendly, welcoming guests as we arrive and depart. The instructors/coaches of the fitness classes are amazing! Especially love Emma who teaches the World of Dance and Connor who teaches the conditioning classes. The heated, indoor lap pool and saunas are an added bonus as well. Lastly. I really want to emphasize again how clean this gym is, even before the virus pandemic. The sanitizer bottles are always full and in the two hours I usually spend there, they change out the towels at least once, if not twice.
This gym is always clean, tons of cardio machines available, and the staff are very kind and helpful.

very clean, spotless, excellent variety of equipment, weights, pool, spa, steam, locker room, daycare, trainers, classes, price, hours, parking, staff availability to help, staff friendliness, rewards for frequency of use, locker room facilities. Great club for the price. Why go anywhere else? Love this place. And TV's galore! What more do you want?
