I had a bad experience with fit republic I got my membership at in shape want to fit republic on Friday around 3:30 to 4:00 to cancel My membership the lady said u have to pay $24.99 to cancel when I singed up Monday mario told me if you Chanel within 5 days u don’t have to pay so I want there Friday one lady said no u have to pay $24.99 in order to cancel So I told her I will come and talk to the supervisor next day it was a Saturday the lady said u still have to pay $24.99 to get it Chanel and I said I will talk to the supervisor and then they been calling me to see if I were willing to pay I told them I need to talk to a supervisor so she told the supervisor to call me when she gets a chance she calls me back a week later and says u need to pay $29.99 she said u didn’t come Friday when she was there all day from 7:00am to 7:00pm and she didn’t see me there so we just talked today and I told her that I was there Friday and Saturday and no one helped me but she said u still have to pay and I told her look at your camera s and she said I don’t have u in the camera for Friday but I have u on camera for Saturday and she said u called Friday at 2:30 which I didn’t call I walked in to the gym to get it cancel ???? All I want to let everyone know that this gym is not good for business I can’t wait tell they go out of business this gym does not know how to serve customers just want to let the world know out there.
