I’m always going to this Starbucks and have experienced the amazing customer service it has to offer. But there have been a few occasions were the drive thru order taker has been rude. She was very impatient and had a rude tone to her voice, and this has been on mutual emotional occasion when she is working the head set. I got her name today after experiencing negative service from her and it’s Angelina.
Great service, friendly, hard working staff. Store was clean, very organized and Covid complient. Convenient location within mall, lots of parking. A great variety of shops within the mall makes for 'one stop shopping.'. Patio seating and drive through.
Barista mismade my dragon drink twice! I had to tell them twice.
Waited about 40mins and they still did not care. Horrible staff.
A hot day calls for a cold Double Chocolatey Chip Frappucino. Mmmm good!
