This Starbucks really needs better management. The drinks are often not made properly and the line is always around the building. They regularly can't keep items in stock and plan on spending at least 30 minutes in the drive-thru even if there's only two or three cars ahead of you.
Just left this starbucks. Tried to get a white hot chocolate with no whip for my birthday and they gave me something with coffee in it that was 3/4 of the way full. Never coming here again.
Whenever I come to this starbucks, my drinks are always watered down and taste like nothing.whenever I get the hot chocolate and it only tasted like milk. Whenever I get the frappuccinos, it tastes like water. I tried the same drinks from another starbucks in woodland and that one has good flavor. Overall, this starbucks doesn’t know how to make drinks :)
Super friendly employees and really fast service even during busy times
They're good but a lot slower than the other starbucks around.
