Steady Eddys is my favorite coffee shop. The owners are as amazing as the food and drinks. It has the small town love and good vibe that a coffee shop should have. They have Open Mic nights every other Saturday! The Mayan Mocha is my favorite drink they serve.
I've been going to Steady Eddie's for ten years or more and today is the first time I've considered not going ever again. One staff person working was the usual professional and kind type I'm used to in this place - however there were two dominant staff persons working that were outright mean, rude, and abrasive and it was shocking. It was really shocking because I've never had this experience at Steady Eddie's before It was so shocking it motivated me to write this review and I'm not a reviewer type. The place itself is lovely and the food and coffee amazing but angry service providers is something that can turn a long time customer away quickly.
1st ever visit to Steady Eddys and the coffee was friggin' great! Didnt try any of the food they have to offer but if it's as good as the coffee ima give them 5 stars! The girls upfront were fast and friendly too. Definitely gonna go back.
Yep. Not fun to get a coffee here anymore unless you can grab an outside table. Inconsistent policing of indoors orders makes it an unpleasant experience.nnA sign on the door explaining coffeehouse policy would be helpful - and then sticking to that policy would help customers not feel like unwanted aliens.nn(Routine cleaning out of the outdoor garbage cans would help, too.)
This place is the best. Try the Coffee Shake. Outstanding. Great service, lovely staff, nice spot.
